We are looking for a data-driven Ads Specialist to join our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage end-to-end Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for music releases, tours, and branding.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics including ROAS, CPC, and Conversion Rates.
Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies (Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting).
Provide actionable insights and weekly reports to the management and artist relations teams.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising/Performance Marketing.
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including Pixel setup and Event Tracking.
A genuine interest in the music industry and current digital trends.
Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into creative strategies.
